D & I at Birds Moscow City

D and I celebrated above Moscow at Birds, with the city skyline becoming part of their wedding story.

Planning photographs at a Moscow City venue

For your own celebration at Birds or another venue in Moscow City, confirm the practical route with the events team: arrival entrance, guest access, lifts and the rooms available for portraits. Ask when the photographer can enter and whether equipment needs to be registered in advance. These are questions to check with the venue, not a statement of its current rules.

Work with the windows and the evening light

A skyline view and a well-lit portrait are different things. Discuss where the couple will stand in relation to the windows and how the photographer will work once the interior becomes brighter than the view outside. Avoid making the whole portrait session depend on one window or one particular light condition.

Share the reception schedule, including speeches and performances, before the day. Ask the venue and photographer to coordinate any additional lighting so it supports the photographs without obstructing guests or the service team.
